Junior Software Engineer

A global aerospace giant, renowned for pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world, is seeking a Junior Software Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects, developing high-fidelity simulation systems for critical defence applications.

The Role

• Develop simulation models representing aircraft equipment (mainly C++)
• Design and implement tools to stimulate simulators and simulations
• Create and execute unit tests for software modules
• Develop tools to enhance development processes, such as code generators
• Integrate models into aircraft simulations (C++/Ada)
• Perform thorough integration testing and document software modules

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
• Keen interest in flight simulators, software development, and integration
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting languages (C++, bash, Python)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
