Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science (or Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally in the environment of modern web or platform architectures.
• Initial knowledge in test automation (e.g., Cypress, Jest, Postman, or comparable tools).
• Experience with CI/CD environments (GitLab or similar).
• Understanding of APIs, data structures, and interface communication (REST, JSON, XML).
• Enjoyment of structured work, process thinking, and technical precision.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with load/performance testing, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry, etc.), or cloud environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and be responsible for the quality assurance strategy for our central platforms and services.
• You will design and automate test plans (API, integration, end-to-end tests) and ensure seamless integration into our CI/CD pipelines.
• You will work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate quality into the development process from the beginning (Shift Left).
• You will analyze sources of error, derive measures for continuous improvement, and actively contribute to test automation and observability.
• You understand quality not just as testing – but as a holistic responsibility for reliable software and scalable processes.
