Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science (or Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally in the environment of modern web or platform architectures.
- Initial knowledge in test automation (e.g., Cypress, Jest, Postman, or comparable tools).
- Experience with CI/CD environments (GitLab or similar).
- Understanding of APIs, data structures, and interface communication (REST, JSON, XML).
- Enjoyment of structured work, process thinking, and technical precision.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with load/performance testing, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry, etc.), or cloud environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and be responsible for the quality assurance strategy for our central platforms and services.
- You will design and automate test plans (API, integration, end-to-end tests) and ensure seamless integration into our CI/CD pipelines.
- You will work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate quality into the development process from the beginning (Shift Left).
- You will analyze sources of error, derive measures for continuous improvement, and actively contribute to test automation and observability.
- You understand quality not just as testing – but as a holistic responsibility for reliable software and scalable processes.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Softwarequalitätssicherung, idealerweise im Umfeld moderner Web- oder Plattform-Architekturen.
- Erste Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung (z. B. Cypress, Jest, Postman oder vergleichbare Tools).
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Umgebungen (GitLab o. ä.).
- Verständnis für APIs, Datenstrukturen und Schnittstellenkommunikation (REST, JSON, XML).
- Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten, Prozessdenken und technischer Präzision.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch flieĂźend in Wort und Schrift.
Responsibilities
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Qualitätssicherungsstrategie für unsere zentralen Plattformen und Services.
- Du konzipierst und automatisierst Testpläne (API, Integrations-, End-to-End-Tests) und sorgst für eine nahtlose Einbindung in unsere CI/CD-Pipelines.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen, Product Ownern und DevOps zusammen, um Qualität von Anfang an in den Entwicklungsprozess zu integrieren (Shift Left).
- Du analysierst Fehlerquellen, leitest Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ab und trägst aktiv zur Testautomatisierung und Observability bei.
