Your Role
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary, agile team as a developer, "Transform the future".
- You will learn the software environment and various programming languages on the job.
- You will actively accompany all project steps, from solution finding and development to go-live.
- You will design and implement interfaces to other applications.
- You will coordinate larger development tasks and align them with your colleagues.
What You Bring
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, Business Administration, or other IT-affine degree programs.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- You have gained initial programming experience and are ready to familiarize yourself with the ABAP and/or Cobol programming languages.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills characterize you.
- You have the ability to present complex issues simply.
- Very good communication skills – enjoyment of interacting with people – seeing opportunities rather than problems.
- You have a high quality awareness and value accuracy.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Betriebswirtschaft Studium und sonstigen IT-affinen Studiengängen
- Erfahrung mit objektorientierter Programmierung
- Du hast erste Programmiererfahrung gesammelt und bist bereit dich in die Programmiersprache ABAP und/oder Cobol einzuarbeiten
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darzustellen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – Freude am Umgang mit Menschen – Chancen sehen statt Probleme
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und legst Wert auf Genauigkeit
- Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären, agilen Team als Entwickler „Transform the future“
- Das Software Umfeld und diverse Programmiersprachen lernst du on the job
- Von der Lösungsfindung, über die Entwicklung bis zum Go-Live begleitest du alle Projektschritte aktiv
- Du konzipierst und realisierst Schnittstellen zu anderen Anwendungen
- Du koordinierst größere Entwicklungsaufträge und stimmst diese mit deinen Kollegen ab
