About Us

You have completed your first years in IT Support, as a System Administrator or as a Junior System Engineer and want to take the next step in your development?

We are looking for a motivated personality who wants to grow professionally and enjoys modern IT.

Your Responsibilities

• Participation in 2nd Level Support with support from experienced engineers
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults in customer and internal environments
• Taking over escalations from 1st Level
• Participation in the operation of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures
• Support with deployments, migrations, and changes
• Documentation of solutions and findings in the ticket system
• Close collaboration with senior engineers, internal teams, and customers
• Step-by-step development of in-depth know-how in 2nd and later 3rd Level

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship in IT, such as Computer Scientist EFZ, HF, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in IT Support or as a Junior System Engineer
• Enjoyment of troubleshooting and interest in complex IT environments
• Basic knowledge in several of the following areas:
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
  • Virtualization VMware or Hyper V
  • Network fundamentals Firewall, VPN
• Willingness to learn, structured, and solution-oriented
• High motivation to take responsibility and develop yourself
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
