Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts or Healthcare IT
• Proven success in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS and job boards
