Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
- Willingness to work in the office and grow into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
