Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Junior Technical Recruiter for a prestigious client. In this position, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent across corporate positions. This opportunity allows you to gain experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and early-stage recruitment processes within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
  • Willingness to work in the office and grow into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
