• Use Visio to create detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and process maps that enhance understanding of technical concepts.
• Edit and proofread all documentation meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Conduct research on product features, technical specifications, and industry standards to produce comprehensive content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical details.
• Maintain organized documentation repositories and version control systems for easy access and updates.
• Communicate complex technical information in a straightforward manner tailored for diverse audiences.

Experience

• 0-2 years experience
• Strong proficiency with Word processing software such as Microsoft Word
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and research skills to produce polished documentation.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and conveying technical concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of technical processes or products relevant to the industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
