Your Tasks

• From the very beginning, you will work on client projects and quickly acquire the core competencies of a Junior Transformation Consultant.
• You will take on different roles, analyze IT-supported processes, and learn to contribute your ideas and knowledge effectively.
• You will be given increasing responsibility – from supporting projects to independently carrying out consulting mandates in the ICT sector.
• You can expect diverse activities such as planning and conducting workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, processes, and data flows.
• You will also develop digitalization strategies and guide clients through the entire change process.
• You will ensure that relevant stakeholders are transparently informed about planned changes and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to implement them successfully.
• Based on your interests, you have the opportunity to specialize in one or more IT-related areas: Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, IT Project Management, Process Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Innovation & Strategy.

Your Profile

• You are already in your penultimate or final semester of your Master's degree and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with an IT or technology focus.
• You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for delving deeper into digitalization and the underlying ICT topics.
• You find it particularly easy to interact with people and are characterized by a distinct flair for team-oriented and customer-focused collaboration.
• You have already gained professional work experience, preferably in the ICT industry.
