We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and a desire to contribute to the success of our company. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our products and services
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides
• Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI and UX design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in UI and UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus
