UI/UX Research Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Research Intern to assist in evaluating and improving the user experience of our products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about user-centered design, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with developers and designers to test features, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing on products and features developed by the team.
• Identify and document user pain points and areas for improvement.
• Assist in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure usability and accessibility best practices are followed.
• Analyze and report research findings to the design and development team.
• Help maintain UX research documentation and recommendations.
• Help create and design wireframes, prototypes and visual designs

Requirements

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or usability testing software is a plus.
• Good communication skills to document and present findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
