- To always be at the forefront of innovation, you observe and analyze current design trends and check their applicability and validity for your own projects.
- For these, you also create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly visualize your design ideas.
- Accordingly, you develop user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications within your projects.
- Furthermore, you analyze and optimize existing applications with regard to their user-friendliness and user experience.
- Based on your experience and trend analyses, you develop design and style guides as well as information architectures and navigation concepts.
- In all this, you work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation of the designs.
- For optimal collaboration and results, you regularly participate in agile development processes and sprint meetings.
What we wish for from you
- You bring 3 or more years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- As well as a completed degree in Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You can easily draw on good knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools from past projects, as well as experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
- Knowledge of user research methods and usability tests is also part of your knowledge base.
- HTML, CSS, and AngularJS or Vue.js are familiar to you thanks to regular application.
- Furthermore, you possess a high degree of creativity as well as a good eye for design and details.
- Excellent team spirit, good communication skills (written as well as oral), and a solution-oriented mindset perfectly describe your work approach.
- Your German language skills are at least level C1 (fluent) and English B1 (good).
