Junior/Senior Developer - Web Development

Your role in the team

• You develop and manage web projects with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Webflow, from setup to go-live.

• You customize CMS systems to meet client needs, extending them with Custom Post Types, ACF, and custom plugins or themes.

• You optimize ongoing client projects in the areas of performance, usability, and technical SEO.

• You actively implement AI-powered workflows to execute projects more efficiently and effectively.

• You directly assist customers with questions, issues, and new requirements.

• Overtime hours incurred will be compensated with time off.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of WooCommerce or another e-commerce system (Shopify, Shopware).

• Proficient use of Figma is an advantage.

• Active use of AI tools in daily development work is advantageous.

• Reliable, transparent work approach and enjoyment of direct customer communication.

Experience

• Experience in implementing web projects with WordPress, including ACF and Custom Post Types.

• Experience with Webflow is an advantage.

Education

• Technical education (HTL, FH, university) or comparable practical experience.
