Your New Job

• Planning, control, and implementation of targeted marketing measures and campaigns in the B2B environment
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for successful positioning of solutions and services in the market
• Generation of qualified leads and active support in achieving sales targets
• Organization and execution of events, webinars, and marketing activities
• Close collaboration with sales, partner management, and other internal interfaces to ensure effective market development
• Coordination of external partners and manufacturers
• Responsibility for the planning, control, and monitoring of the marketing budget
• Analysis and evaluation of campaign performance and KPIs
• Ensuring efficient and smooth processes for all marketing activities
• Translation of strategic goals into concrete operational measures

Are You This Person?

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or comparable – however, this is not a prerequisite.
• Alternatively, commercial training with initial experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in campaign management and lead generation.
• Practical experience in planning and implementing events and webinars.
• Proficient in using CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
• Experience in collaborating with partners and manufacturers.
• Structured, self-reliant, and pragmatic way of working.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and confident handling of KPIs.
• Team player with initiative and hands-on mentality.
• Flexible and solution-oriented.
