About the Role

We are currently looking for an E Commerce Product Specialist Intern to join the E Commerce & Omnichannel team, for a 6 months contract, starting in September 2026.

As part of the E Commerce & Omnichannel team, you will contribute to the development of the eCommerce platform for McQueen, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. You will support the Frontend & Customer Experience Project Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with brands and corporate teams to ensure efficient use and continuous improvement of the platform.

How You Will Contribute

The intern will contribute to the continuous development of the E Commerce platform and to the adoption of tools by the brands. Three main areas will be at the core of the internship: operational documentation for brands, Search product support, and content management, including emails and legal content.

Participate in documentation activities (main mission)

  • Creation and update of “HOW TO” user guides for the brands.
  • Build, update and structure the new “Page Anatomy Guide” on the shared SharePoint:
    • Creation and modification for each main page of the websites.
    • Creation of zonings explaining where each content element is configured across the different internal tools.
    • In-depth research to identify where and how these contents are modified across the different tools.
    • Exploration of internal tools such as Contentful, Algolia and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and collaboration with brands and Kering Corporate teams to understand content contribution.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of documentation to provide brands with greater autonomy in managing their visuals and content.

Support the Search Product Owner

  • Participation in the follow-up of topics related to the platform’s search engine.
  • Support in gathering brand needs and structuring requests.
  • Contribution to the preparation of materials and analyses related to the search experience.
  • Occasional participation in testing or functional validation of evolutions.

Participate in Front-end Development topics

  • Participation in gathering brand needs and in the design of features and processes related to the eCommerce platform.
  • Participation in testing and training sessions.

Participate in email development and management

  • Collection of brand needs for the implementation of new transactional and relational emails.
  • Definition of content for new emails in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Integration of copy using internal tools.

Participate in legal activities

  • Collection of new legal needs and requirements for all brands.
  • Publication of legal pages for the headless E Commerce platform.
  • Communication to teams and stakeholders when updates are implemented.

Who You Are

  • You are currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
  • You are structured, organized and detail-oriented, proactive and a strong team player, with solid operational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills, a good level of written and spoken English, and fluency in French is mandatory.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and able to work autonomously.
  • A first experience in digital or eCommerce is a plus, as is any prior exposure to the luxury industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Algolia or Contentful would be an advantage.
