Job Family Description - Marketing & Communication Management / Generalist
Leads and contributes to all marketing and communication activities. Guides and supports decision-making on brand image and messages to our customers, employees and other external bodies.
We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant who will report to the Trade Marketing Team Leader, for an internship from the end of June to the end of December 2026. This is a paid internship.
The Internship
The Trade Marketing Assistant collaborates with the Trade Marketing Team Leader on the development, execution, and performance monitoring of Trade Marketing programs designed to increase brand visibility in-store and drive sales performance, in line with the general marketing and communication guidelines defined by the division's headquarters and Kering's brand strategy.
Missions and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager on these various topics:
- Coordinate visibility plans with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Extract and analyze POS data (SAP extractions, stock monitoring, coverage rate analysis and zone allocation, monitoring consistency between data and marketing plan)
- Order POS materials via SAP
- Monitor the production and delivery of display units, banners, and customizations
- Produce brand content through translations and brand news
- Track crop requests
- Participate in digital campaigns
- Participate in the smooth running of local sales events and showrooms
- Produce activity reports
Profile
- University degree in Business / Marketing
- Experience in Marketing / Sales
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- English & French
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proactivity
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Mature personality, self-motivation, positive attitude
- Strong team spirit
