Your Core Responsibilities • Build deep understanding of clients’ business, goals & needs • Manage full account lifecycle lead → tender → payment → closure • Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships • Identify new business opportunities & grow account pipeline • Track client activities production, investments, projects, etc. • Ensure timely delivery of products/services to client specifications • Monitor competitors & market trends • Prepare professional visit reports & account performance updates • Deliver progress reports using key account metrics What We’re Looking For: • Strong relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills • Proven ability to grow and manage key accounts • Commercial awareness with strong market intelligence • Excellent reporting, coordination & follow-up skills Requirements • B.Sc / B.Tech in Engineering or Business Administration • Minimum of 7+ years sales experience Oil & Gas preferred Added Advantage Technical Exposure: Experience with: • Rotating Equipment Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Gears • Valves & Actuators • Gas Detectors • Hydraulic & Air Filtration Systems.
