Your Mission

• You will ensure that El Tony Mate and Puerto Mate continue to grow in retail and the beverage trade, and that our partnerships become stronger.
• You will negotiate contracts, conditions, and annual agreements with our key accounts.
• You will identify growth potential with existing customers and win new partners for our brands.
• You will monitor the market and develop sales promotion measures that really make a difference.
• You will create customer analyses and evaluations and keep our CRM up to date.
• You will manage strategic sales projects together with our Head of Sales.
• You will take care of administrative tasks related to your accounts.

Your Profile

• You have higher education in business, sales, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in retail key account management with major Swiss retailers, ideally in the beverage industry.
• You have strong sales and negotiation skills.
• You have strong analytical skills and a quick grasp.
• You have a valuable network in the top retail sector.
• You work independently, structured, and with personal responsibility.
• You are willing to travel and are flexible.
• You speak fluent German and English; French is a big plus.
