What to expect
- Support and development of existing customer relationships in the following channels:
- Retail customers
- Shopping centers of important key accounts
- Specialty retailers & stationers
- Independent market development and relationship building in new sales channels, as well as new customer acquisition
- Development of customer-specific marketing strategies and expansion of existing customer product ranges
- Ongoing analysis of customers and competitors, and creation of strategic customer plans
- Consistent goal tracking and implementation of customer objectives for profitable growth
How you convince us
- Successfully completed training, preferably further education with a focus on sales
- At least 5 years of sales experience in KAM with a proven track record in the FMCG or Retail/E-Tail industry
- Experience with budget planning
- Mindset and ability to achieve agreed-upon goals and exceed expectations
- Agile personality characterized by negotiation skills, innovative and positive thinking, and the desire to continuously promote optimizations
- Fluent German, very good English and French skills in speaking and writing
- Proficient in common IT applications (i.e. MS Office, including Pivot Tables)
