Your Tasks

• Active new customer acquisition for cleanroom textile services with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, and semiconductor companies
• Targeted identification, approach, and acquisition of decision-makers at management and specialist levels
• Strategic development and expansion of long-term customer relationships, including personal support of acquired key accounts
• Cross- and upselling of our cleanroom portfolio available in Switzerland: validated cleanroom clothing, reprocessing processes, logistics and supply concepts, additional testing services
• Independent market and territory strategy including pipeline development and prioritization of regional potentials
• Conducting needs analyses, concept presentations, offer preparation, and negotiation until successful closing
• Close collaboration with our cleanroom site in Brügg
• Monitoring regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitors and translating them into concrete measures

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a degree (Sales, Life Science)
• Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cleanroom services, textile rental systems, or life-science-related industries
• Successful hunter mentality and proven success in building new customer structures – ideally in the Swiss market
• High technical and consulting competence for complex service models
• Independent, structured way of working and strong closing orientation
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to travel
• Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English (B2) and French (B2) skills
