Helvetic Warranty GmbH is an independent Swiss company in the field of Embedded Insurance and a market leader in Switzerland. We offer tailor-made property insurance for the DACH region and are growing strongly in this area. Since 2019, we have been a subsidiary of Helvetia Insurance. As an intermediary between customers and insurers, we offer B2B2C solutions, from product development and employee training to claims settlement. For over 10 years, we have bundled our services centrally in Switzerland and communicate in all national languages as well as English. We are looking for motivated talents to shape the future of property insurance with us in this growth market.
Your Responsibility
- You actively shape the future of property insurance with us: you win new sales partners in the DACH region and expand our network.
- You are a competent contact person: You provide comprehensive support to our sales companies and partners and are the central point of contact for product management – especially for special cases.
- You use your market intuition: You observe and analyze trends, develop creative market development measures and implement them strategically.
- You participate in exciting projects: Contribute your ideas to the strategic further development of our products, digitalization and process optimization.
- You impart knowledge: Create attractive training materials, presentations and digital learning content for our B2B partners and internal teams.
- You shape learning environments: Plan, develop and conduct training programs for our customers – both on-site and virtually.

Your Qualification
- You have completed vocational training or a university degree, ideally in business administration or as a sales manager – your experience counts.
- With your many years of sales or account management experience in property insurance, retail, or the electronics industry, you are ideally equipped for our innovative sector.
- Your communication skills are evident in fluent German; further language skills in French and/or Italian are a big plus.
- Thanks to your sales and negotiation skills as well as your profit-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking, you achieve sustainable success.
- You convince as an independent personality with strategic thinking, high social competence and inspire customers and colleagues with your confident demeanor.
- You are mobile and flexible: 60% willingness to travel throughout Switzerland, including occasional trips abroad – you bring movement to the business.
