Responsibilities
- You develop and retain a portfolio of strategic accounts
- You analyze customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- You participate in defining the commercial strategy for your scope
- You coordinate actions with internal technical teams
- You conduct market monitoring to identify new growth levers
- You negotiate commercial proposals and manage contracts
- You drive the commercial performance of your accounts
- You represent the company at professional events
- You provide regular reporting of your activity to management
Qualifications
- You have a commercial or technical background.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar commercial role, ideally in the IT or technology solutions sector.
- You master the challenges related to B2B environments and the management of complex accounts.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to work in project mode.
