Your Role
As Sales Manager Corporate & Team Lead, you will:
- Manage a territory of Large Enterprise ETI across France, BeLux, and MEA.
- Build and execute a long-term acquisition and sales development strategy.
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Increase revenue and market penetration quarterly.
- Collaborate with integrators, consulting partners, and the tech ecosystem.
- Engage with C-level executives to build trusted relationships.
- Lead complex project responses and RFQs.
- Optimize team processes and communication.
Your Future Impact

- Master OVHcloud product universes and sovereign cloud value propositions.
- Assess your territory and team's pipeline.
- Implement optimized team processes.
- Gain proficiency in internal performance management tools.
In 1 year:
- Execute a high-performing business strategy.

Skills Required
- Minimum 10 years in business development, strategic sales, or consulting in IT/Cloud or B2B enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic and autonomous with hands-on execution.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for C-level engagement.
- Fluent English (C1 minimum) with international experience.
That's a Plus
- Prior experience managing small sales teams or as Team Lead/Pod Leader.
- Knowledge of OVHcloud’s product portfolio, cloud market dynamics, and data sovereignty stakes.
