Your Role

As Sales Manager Corporate & Team Lead, you will:

  • Manage a territory of Large Enterprise ETI across France, BeLux, and MEA.
  • Build and execute a long-term acquisition and sales development strategy.
  • Lead a team of 3 to 4 Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Increase revenue and market penetration quarterly.
  • Collaborate with integrators, consulting partners, and the tech ecosystem.
  • Engage with C-level executives to build trusted relationships.
  • Lead complex project responses and RFQs.
  • Optimize team processes and communication.

  • Minimum 10 years in business development, strategic sales, or consulting in IT/Cloud or B2B enterprise tech.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic and autonomous with hands-on execution.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for C-level engagement.
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum) with international experience.

That's a Plus

  • Prior experience managing small sales teams or as Team Lead/Pod Leader.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud’s product portfolio, cloud market dynamics, and data sovereignty stakes.
