About Us

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the Customer Success department to strengthen the close exchange with our customers and ensure that our customers are always well-informed.

Due to our very stable and still strongly increasing order situation, we are looking for quick, smart support in our office in the heart of Aichach in permanent employment for Digitalagentur1.

Responsibilities

• Proactive update calls with our law firm clients approximately every 4 weeks
• First point of contact for questions, concerns, or customer feedback
• Building and maintaining stable customer relationships
• Central reception and processing of customer inquiries
• Measuring customer satisfaction and deriving appropriate measures
• Documenting discussion results and passing them on internally and externally
• Direct and telephone customer contact for organizational matters
