Your Role

Als Key Account Manager Food Service / Leiter:in Aussendienst übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Verkauf und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Lösungen, die unsere Gastronomie-Kunden (Care, HoReCa, Industrie, Bäckereien) weiterbringen.

Your Future Main Tasks

• Strategic and personal support of assigned key customers, including expansion of existing partnerships and development of customer-specific solutions
• Responsibility for sales, budget, and target achievement to ensure sustainable business success
• Analysis of customer and market needs to derive appropriate measures
• Optimization of processes and structures to increase efficiency in daily sales
• Close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and sales management to ensure consistent implementation of the sales strategy
• Leadership and coaching of the approximately 9 field sales employees to promote and develop them effectively

Your Ideal Qualifications

• Training in the food or gastronomy sector, as well as further education with a focus on sales or business administration
• Several years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager with sound expertise in the Swiss Food Service Market and initial leadership experience
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as good oral French skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, and analytical-conceptual strength
• Good communication skills with a passion for developing people and processes
