Für die Organisation sind die Positionen als Key Account Manager mit Einkaufsverantwortung von hoher Relevanz für den Erfolg aller Partnerbetriebe. Im Zuge einer Nachbesetzung werden zwei Positionen für den Bereich des Möbelhandels mit zwei unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten ausgeschrieben. We want

• a sound commercial and/or technical education (master craftsman/trade, HTL, FH etc.) or comparable professional knowledge
• industry-experienced personalities with a love for furniture and interior design and established networks at manufacturer and retailer level
• several years of sales experience in the furniture segment combined with the willingness to change your usual (sales) perspective for the purchasing role
• an above-average presence with excellent communication skills and fluent English skills
• a willingness to travel as Key Account Manager with purchasing responsibility of approx. % - blocked for international travel.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for purchasing/listing for an assigned product area within the furniture industry (e.g., kitchens, high-quality living room furniture, children's rooms, designer furniture) and will place your products for sale in retail.
• You will maintain close contact with A-list retail companies in Austria, support them in all matters, and act as a pragmatic problem solver.
• As Key Account Manager with purchasing responsibility, you will organize retailer meetings, analyze markets and products based on benchmarks, and offer various forms of support in proactive market development.
• You will attend international supplier trade fairs and ensure an attractive and dynamic product portfolio in your listings.
• You will work closely with the rest of the team and achieve the best for the organization together.
• You will take care of the onboarding of high-quality, new partner companies and ensure a growing retail network in Austria.
