The Aviation Academy Austria Gruppe operates a training and further education center for professional pilots at the Neusiedl am See location. Training is offered on modern flight simulators of the types Challenger 350, Citation CJ1+, Citation XLS and XLS+, ATR 42/72 and ATR 72-600. To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for an employee as Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for Pilot Training on Flight Simulators.

Responsibilities

Your future area of responsibility includes:

• Sales-oriented consulting for training courses in internal sales
• Sale of block hours to airlines (Simulator Dry Lease)
• Independent responsibility for the results of a simulator after the training phase
• Conception of training courses according to customer requirements
• Customer acquisition and contact maintenance with existing customers
• Market research, price calculation, and service optimization

Qualifications

Your competencies:

• Solid education (e.g. Matura, university or equivalent professional experience)
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• Commitment, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility
• High service orientation
• Affinity for aviation is desirable
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
