Our client is a very successful, economically strong, medium-sized, international technology company based in the Black Forest (Villingen-Schwenningen region). As a technology leader and trendsetter in the industry, they develop, produce, and distribute high-tech assemblies to national and international customers in various market segments (Automotive / Sports Cars, Mechanical Engineering, Industry, Medical / Device Manufacturing).
Due to further expansion and investment in active customer support, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Your Profile
Through your work in active sales or project management, you are accustomed to dealing with demanding (international) customers in a technical product environment (e.g., mechatronic or pneumatic systems, aggregates, complex assemblies, machines). You enjoy advising and developing customer relationships, are strong in negotiation and communication, have the drive for acquiring new business, and fundamentally act as a motivated and reliable team player.
Your Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will combine the strategic development of existing customer relationships with the targeted expansion of new business potential. You will process customer inquiries, coordinate technical topics, act as the commercial point of contact, and conduct contract/price negotiations. Additionally, you will drive the "New Business" initiative: from market analysis to lead generation, contact initiation, trade fairs, on-site appointments, to the concrete acquisition of new projects. In this role, you will work closely with adjacent departments (internal sales, project management, engineering) and report to the Head of Key Account Management. The duty station is the headquarters in the Black Forest or a home base in Southwest Germany. Your travel percentage is 20-30%.
