Your Tasks

• You are the main point of contact for key accounts
• You take care of creating offers, processing orders, and monitoring timely delivery in cooperation with production
• You create invoices and are responsible for follow-up
• You are responsible for creating reports
• You work closely with the development department on technical inquiries
• You support project work in a sales context

Your Qualifications

• Completed business administration degree or comparable course of study, alternatively you have a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding professional experience.
• You already have 3-5 years of experience in internal sales
• Basic technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• You have experience in creating reports
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of team spirit
• Confident handling of MS Office and a high level of information security awareness
• You have a confident demeanor in German and English, French would be a plus
