As part of a direct placement, we are looking for our client, an internationally active innovative technology company in Ravensburg, a sales professional (m/f/d) in Key Account Management for permanent employment and full-time. Ref. 46235

What you'll do as Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Electromechanics?

  • Responsibility for the systematic expansion and development of assigned customers and key accounts in the defined target industries
  • Active acquisition of new customers and projects as well as building long-term, strategic partnerships
  • Holistic support of customer projects from initial contact to series release with a focus on quotation preparation, calculation, and economic evaluation
  • Technical advice to customers on the selection and integration of suitable company products and solutions into existing systems and applications
  • Preparation, execution, and conclusion of price and contract negotiations, including quotation preparation and follow-up
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty as the central point of contact and coordination of internal collaboration
  • Continuous identification of new market potentials, analysis of competition, and development of suitable market development measures
  • Maintenance of customer and sales data in the CRM system and close coordination with product management, development, marketing, and order management

All qualifications in detail:

  • Successfully completed studies in a technical or business administration field or a comparable qualification with a strong understanding of technical products
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales or key account management, ideally in an industrial environment with a focus on electromechanical components or electronic systems
  • Strong competencies in negotiation, sales, and customer management, as well as a confident and convincing presence at the decision-maker level
  • High self-motivation, structured and independent way of working, as well as willingness to take responsibility for customers and projects
  • Fluent German and very good English skills in speaking and writing for collaboration with international customers
  • Intercultural competence and a good feel for different business cultures
  • High willingness to travel for national and international business trips
