About the role

Your Role

  • You will further develop the most relevant key accounts in Swiss retail.
  • You will conduct negotiations and annual reviews.
  • You will develop strategic growth initiatives to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
  • You will promote the visibility and availability of our popular Findus products with the customer.
  • You will develop the product range in line with category/mix goals.
  • You will develop strategic and partnership-based relationships with our long-standing customers.
  • You will independently negotiate trade conditions, price adjustments, product ranges, and promotions.
  • You will maintain collaboration with Marketing, Category Development Management, Revenue Growth Management, Field Sales Force, Sales Backoffice, Supply Chain, and Finance.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • You preferably have knowledge in the FMCG sector.
  • You possess strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills and a strong understanding of sales and financial figures.
  • You have strong sales and negotiation skills and can use them effectively.
  • You are a trustworthy and ambitious negotiation partner who inspires with assertiveness and persuasiveness.
  • You are a dynamic personality who works independently, shows social competence, and convinces with flexibility and drive.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English.
