YOUR NEW ROLE:
Are you looking for a responsible position where you can shape independently, think strategically, and act successfully in a team? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Key Account Manager, you will look after our major customers in the Immediate Consumption sector. You will significantly contribute to the further development of our B2B sales and be involved in future-oriented solutions.
YOUR NEW TASKS:
- You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of the sales strategy with our customers and conduct regular customer discussions and negotiations (topics such as distribution expansion, marketing measures, etc.)
- You form the interface to our customers and within the company from a business and general perspective
- You are responsible for compliance with agreed budgets and ensure timely information in case of deviations and develop countermeasures
- You work closely with numerous other company divisions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce) to represent or evaluate potentials and opportunities for change externally
- You bring a strong awareness of which business drivers increase value creation (unilateral or bilateral) and drive digitalization in the customer portfolio you are responsible for
- You drive the interaction between the CCHBC field service and the field service of our partners and together you recognize the market potential
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Ideally, you have a completed business degree with a focus on Sales/Marketing
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Key Account Management in the food retail and/or beverage wholesale or Cash & Carry sector
- You are a strategically and analytically oriented personality with a well-founded understanding of market conditions
- You are strong in negotiation and assertiveness, have a pronounced 'hands-on' mentality, and a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
- Your communication skills (excellent German and English), your flexibility, and your strong team spirit distinguish you
- You enjoy working with various computer systems (SAP as an advantage) on a daily basis and are also familiar with digital media
Salary:
For this position, we offer an attractive, market-compliant salary. If you meet the above requirements, you can expect a minimum salary of EUR 66,750 gross per year (based on a full-time position/38.5 hours per week, all-in). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher overpayment is possible. The final salary will be clarified in a personal interview.
