Time Management Solution - Timelead
Job Description
As Key Account Manager, you play a key role in promoting, selling, and developing our time management solution. In direct contact with customers, the market and internal teams, you combine a strong commercial orientation with a Product Owner role.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Development of sales of the Timelead solution with existing and new clients by defining and implementing your business development strategy
- Management of a portfolio of key accounts and establishment of a long-term follow-up and development strategy for each client
- Identification and realization of new opportunities through prospecting, networking and participation in trade shows
- Acting as the preferred contact person for clients, particularly on functional and business aspects of time management, taking into account their HR and legal challenges
Role as Product Owner of the Timelead Solution
- Capturing and formalizing customer and market requirements
- Defining, prioritizing and maintaining the solution's roadmap
- Creating and prioritizing the functional backlog
- Coordinating and synchronizing the work of the dedicated development team in close collaboration with technical teams and management
- Ensuring consistency between the solution's vision, market requirements, technical constraints and profitability
- Monitoring legal, technological and business developments in the field of time management and actively contributing to the evolution of the Timelead offering
- Working closely with the business team and ensuring rigorous follow-up of activities and opportunities in the CRM tool
Profile Sought
- University degree or equivalent experience with a focus on economics or HR
- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position: selling software solutions, consulting, Product Owner or hybrid business/product role
- Very good knowledge of processes related to time management in the Swiss context
- Global understanding of projects in the SME environment (product lifecycle, SaaS, customer constraints)
- Ease of exchange with various interlocutors: HR, finance, management, technical teams
- Good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market

Offer Details
- Type of position: Permanent contract 80% to 100% - immediate start or to be agreed
- Location: Homeoffice or presence in our offices in Peseux (NE) with interventions throughout Switzerland
