We Are Looking For:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:IN OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY (W/M/D) - STARTING IMMEDIATELY/FULL-TIME

In this role, you will develop our business with existing customers and build sustainable relationships with new customers. In doing so, you will ensure the highest customer satisfaction in line with our vision of "Most trusted Partner". You will identify needs and develop suitable solutions together with a dynamic team. Our customers range from renowned corporations to start-ups in the EU.

Your Role at WILD:

  • You will have independent lead responsibility in customer relationships and contribute to the positioning and strategic orientation of the future-oriented business field in the international market.
  • You will identify and analyze customer needs and market trends, including participation in trade fairs.
  • You will be responsible for the content development of project proposals.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the customer for commercial matters throughout the entire customer partnership.
  • You will ensure prepared coordination of contracts and compliance requests, as well as accompanying implementation within the organization.
  • You will ensure, based on a functioning communication matrix, that all essential process flows are handled in the interest of customer satisfaction.
  • You will monitor gross profit and capital commitment, including initiating measures and escalating deviations.

Skills You Bring:

  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and a completed technical apprenticeship with a strong focus on industry.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or optical technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in developing proposals and analyzing gross profit, capital commitment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills, as well as a good sense for successful business intelligence.
  • A high degree of negotiation skills and competence in contract management, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Negotiable English skills and willingness to travel (20%).
