About the Role

Your Role

• Customer Relations: You are the first point of contact for customers within and outside the ZEISS Group, maintain trusting relationships, and represent their interests within the ZEISS structures.
• Communication and Presentation: Ensure effective communication and collaboration, including the creation and presentation of information and decision-making documents.
• Contract Management: Process, interpret, and negotiate contract terms and Service Agreements in coordination with the legal department.
• Pricing Strategy and Invoice Verification: Set prices, discuss pricing strategies, and verify invoices with customers.
• Project Management: Initiate, structure, and lead projects, including tracking operational issues and technical changes.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Quality Management, Development, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare forecasts, monitor the procurement situation, and coordinate obsolescence and Last Time Buy topics.
• The role requires presence 2-3 days/week at our production site in Göttingen.
