What You’ll Do

  • Identify and target mid-market enterprise customers aligned with ICP
  • Proactively engage decision-makers through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Uncover customer pain points and position our AI Product Assistant as a high-impact answer
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow a qualified sales pipeline
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through evaluation and adoption

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or AI
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate needs into compelling solutions
  • Track record of building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities

Compensation & Growth
