Role Description
The Key Account Sales Manager is a full-time position based on-site in Lagos. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, conducting market analysis, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses proactive collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless account management services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Key Account Management
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to develop and execute Account Management strategies effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in business analysis and market research
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Driving Licence
- Able to commute to location
