In the Water & Environment business area, we handle projects in areas such as hydraulic engineering, urban water management, and environmental services – from planning to construction supervision.

To strategically develop and implement AI applications, we are looking for a company-wide AI Manager / AI Lead (m/f/d) who will actively drive the use of Artificial Intelligence in our projects and processes within the Water & Environment sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of an AI strategy specifically for projects in hydraulic engineering, water management, and environment.
• Identification and implementation of AI applications.
• Piloting and integration of AI solutions into existing planning and operating processes.
• Networking with specialist departments and participation in cross-divisional AI initiatives.
• Conducting training sessions and building an AI community in the context of Water & Environment.

Your Profile

• Studies in Civil Engineering (ideally with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering/Water Management) or comparable.
• Interest in digital methods.
• Affinity for software and data analysis; programming skills are an advantage.
• Ability to connect technical and technological topics.
• Very good German language skills (min. C1).
