The Role

As a Kids Project Interviewer, you’ll play a key role in connecting our AI development team with young users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting short (10-minute), fun, and engaging interviews in English with children
• Creating a safe, supportive space where kids feel comfortable sharing
• Documenting insights with precision including feedback, behavior, and observations
• Supporting the design of interview materials tailored to different age groups

Interview Coverage

Interviews will be conducted with participants based in: South Africa, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, and the United States

• Friendly, approachable personality that builds trust quickly
• Strong attention to detail and structured work style
• Interest in AI, education, or innovation
• Clear communication skills (with both kids and adults)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Location & Rate (USD/hour)

We are hiring across multiple regions: South Africa - $10.00/hour

💼 Paid hourly | ⏱️ Interviews last ~10 minutes each + after interview work
