What to Expect

• You will prepare valuations of real estate and other collateral
• You will be responsible for the independent, final processing of loan applications
• You will analyze the present and future debt servicing capacity, including balance sheet analysis
• You will make and justify credit decisions confidently and prepare credit and collateral agreements

• You have professional training in banking and professional experience in the credit department
• As a credit advisor, you think analytically and solution-oriented, work in a structured and risk-oriented manner
• You are the point of contact for employees on technical questions
• As a team member, you work responsibly and with a focus on quality, contributing to good and effective teamwork
