Role Overview

Seeking a technically strong professional to support customer onboarding, deployment, and optimization of secure platform environments across industrial operations.

The role requires expertise in Kubernetes, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and customer-facing technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and platform deployments
• Support Kubernetes-based platform integrations
• Design secure deployment architectures
• Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and integration issues
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Operations teams
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practices
• Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments

• Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing)
• Cybersecurity (Zero Trust, IAM, PKI, encryption, network segmentation)
