Responsibilities
As Head of Customer Service, you will have technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of 15 field service technicians for Tyrol & Vorarlberg.
- Coordination of deployment, vacation & resource planning
- Planning and implementation of targeted training and development measures
- Optimization and assurance of efficient territory/route structures
- Management of complaint and grievance handling
- Ensuring high service quality and adherence to company standards
- Responsibility for economic processes
- Cross-departmental collaboration with team leads and the sales team
- Analysis of relevant KPIs, derivation of measures, and creation of meaningful reports
- Organization and execution of regular strategy meetings
Qualifications
- Completed technical training (e.g., HTL, FH, University, or similar)
- Min. 5 years of demonstrable leadership experience
- Relevant experience in field service
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driver's license class B and willingness to travel within Western Austria (approx. 70%)
- High problem-solving competence & independent working style
- Sound practical experience in analyzing key figures (KPIs)
- Nice to have: Industry knowledge in coffee, vending, or beverage technology
