Responsibilities

As Head of Customer Service, you will have technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of 15 field service technicians for Tyrol & Vorarlberg.

  • Coordination of deployment, vacation & resource planning
  • Planning and implementation of targeted training and development measures
  • Optimization and assurance of efficient territory/route structures
  • Management of complaint and grievance handling
  • Ensuring high service quality and adherence to company standards
  • Responsibility for economic processes
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with team leads and the sales team
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs, derivation of measures, and creation of meaningful reports
  • Organization and execution of regular strategy meetings

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training (e.g., HTL, FH, University, or similar)
  • Min. 5 years of demonstrable leadership experience
  • Relevant experience in field service
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to travel within Western Austria (approx. 70%)
  • High problem-solving competence & independent working style
  • Sound practical experience in analyzing key figures (KPIs)
  • Nice to have: Industry knowledge in coffee, vending, or beverage technology
