Seeking an experienced Program Manager/Business Analyst with a blend of technical and business skills to enhance operations. This role focuses on coordinating deliveries across diverse teams and stakeholders within Citi. The Program Manager will take charge of identifying business needs and collaborating with development teams to design innovative technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include business process design, documenting use cases, and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate program delivery and manage risks across teams
• Partner with business to identify needs and design solutions
• Produce detailed use cases in Jira for application development
• Collaborate on project documentation with architects
• Communicate project statuses and potential risks

Requirements

• 6+ years in Business Analysis/PM/Program Management
• Financial services experience required
• Proficient in Atlassian Suite and Microsoft Applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
