MST Lab Engineer | GMP Lab Ops + MS&T Support | Philadelphia, PA (Contract)

We’re looking for a hands-on Lab Engineer to join a leading biopharma environment, supporting both lab operations (60%) and MS&T experimental work (40%).

What you’ll do:

• Own lab equipment (uptime, calibration, troubleshooting)
• Support bioprocessing labs (bioreactors, chromatography systems)
• Work in a GMP environment with strong SOP & documentation focus
• Support tissue/cell culture experiments (execution, not design)
• Use ELN systems and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and IT
• Drive 5S lab organization & inventory management

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in biopharma / GMP labs
• Experience with lab equipment & calibration
• Strong SOP writing / technical documentation
• Exposure to aseptic techniques (cell/tissue culture)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
