Land Development Project Manager | Edmonton, AB
About
I’m currently partnering with a well-established real estate developer in Edmonton looking to add a Project Manager – Land Development to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with land development or civil engineering experience who wants to take on more ownership across projects and grow within a highly active development platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from planning and approvals through construction and delivery
- Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, municipalities, and other key consultants
- Support budgeting, financial tracking, and project reporting
- Oversee permitting, approvals, and regulatory compliance
- Manage bidding processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination
- Track project schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- ~3+ years of land development or related project experience
- Background in civil engineering, construction management, planning, or similar field
- Ability to read engineering plans and navigate municipal approval processes
- Strong coordination skills working with consultants and stakeholders
