Project Manager

Pleasants Development is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead residential land development projects from feasibility through construction and final delivery. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality communities while working with a collaborative, experienced team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of development: feasibility, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Oversee bidding, contracting, and construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and monthly reporting
• Resolve field issues, manage inspections, and support builder and HOA coordination
• Partner with senior leadership on approvals, contracts, and project strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong project management experience in land development or site infrastructure
• Civil Engineering degree and/or background with at least five years of relevant experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
