My client develops and distributes ultrasonic technology that prevents biofouling on liquid-carrying surfaces. Our systems are installed on over 300 vessels and offshore platforms worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales professional to join our Land Division, focusing on industrial clients and production facilities. The role is responsible for developing and managing sales activities within an assigned regional market, driving growth through consultative sales and long-term customer relationships.

This position offers a high level of autonomy, supported by regular collaboration with internal teams and monthly presence at the Kiel office.

Business Context - Land Division

The Land Division serves industrial facilities where deposits gradually accumulate on equipment, ultimately leading to production shutdowns for cleaning and maintenance. My client's system significantly extends cleaning intervals-by up to six times-by slowing the build-up of deposits.

While deposits are not eliminated, their reduced rate leads to:

  • Substantially less downtime
  • Improved production continuity
  • Increased overall operational productivity

This creates a strong value proposition for industrial clients seeking efficiency and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned regional market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Promote and sell technical solutions based on customer needs and operational challenges
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery

Working Model

  • Hybrid position, primarily home-based
  • Travel to Kiel office approximately once per month
