Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, you will direct work activities for Landscape Construction personnel. Your responsibilities include planning labor and equipment needs, executing projects on time and budget, and maintaining safety compliance. This position requires hands-on leadership, where you will manage safety, quality, and productivity on-site while maintaining standards of organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of landscape construction projects
• Manage safety and quality at job sites
• Delegate tasks effectively to crew members
• Operate heavy equipment safely
• Read and interpret blueprints for project tasks

Requirements

• Grade twelve diploma or equivalent
• Three years' experience in landscape construction
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate specialized equipment safely
