Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (Remote LATAM)

We are looking for a recruiter or talent sourcer to support high-volume hiring for a remote team (LATAM market).

This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates for communication-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across LATAM (Facebook, job boards, local platforms, etc.)
• Ensure consistent flow of candidates

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
• Experience with high-volume hiring (or ability to handle multiple candidates daily)
• Familiarity with LATAM market
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for customer support / chat-based roles
• Experience using social media for recruitment
