As our Lead Account Executive, also referred to as Area Directors, you will be responsible for launching, expanding, and leading a Stroll publication in your local market. In this role, you will:

  • Drive revenue and build partnerships with local business owners.
  • Curate a magazine that truly reflects the essence of your community.
  • Establish your territory and develop a strong client base in your first months.
  • Grow an asset that you will manage and own.

This is a hybrid role that combines engaging with the community in person and working from your home office.

  • Conducting consultative meetings with local businesses to form long-term advertising partnerships.
  • Creating meaningful connections within the community through our established engagement model.
  • Linking local businesses to their ideal customers via your publication.
  • Interacting with homeowners to capture authentic, community-focused content.
  • Managing your territory, sales pipeline, and operational tasks related to the publication.
  • Partnering with N2's national team for design, production, training, and continuous support.
  • Leading your publication’s growth as the primary representative of Stroll in your market.

Compensation

The average yearly commission for the top 10% of Reporting Publications is impressive, with the median at $160,913 and the highest at $336,214. Your financial outcomes may differ and are subject to the assumptions and qualifiers in Item 19 of our October 10, 2025 franchise disclosure document.
