Lead Agile Project Manager

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm, is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Agile Project Manager to spearhead key initiatives. This is a completely remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from inception to successful delivery. This involves defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business strategy. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Your expertise in risk management and mitigation will be critical in identifying potential roadblocks and developing proactive solutions. Stakeholder management will be a core component of your role, requiring you to build strong relationships, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress. You will also be responsible for resource allocation, budget tracking, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
